TEP has more than 1,500 employees in a wide variety of career fields, from accounting to information systems to engineering. Employees serving as Education Ambassadors share their expertise on energy and industry-related topics with students in the classroom.

Career outreach

As a significant partner in events such as the Southern Arizona Construction Career Days and Junior Achievement’s “You’re Hired,” TEP employees interact with close to 1,500 high school students, providing information and hands-on demonstrations of skills used in the energy industry.

Speaker requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and based on availability.
