Air Quality Permit Renewals for DeMoss-Petrie Generating Station, North Loop Generating Station

TEP submitted applications to Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) for the renewal of the Title V Air Quality Operating Permits for DeMoss-Petrie Generating Station and North Loop Generating Station.  No significant permit revisions or minor permit revisions have occurred since the permits were issued in July 2019.

A 45-day public comment period will begin on Oct. 21, 2024 and will include a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024. Interested parties may submit comments about these proposed permit actions during this time.
