Pay with cash

You can pay your bill with cash at many convenient locations. TEP does not accept any cryptocurrency as payments, including bitcoin.

Walmart

Pay with cash (or a debit card) at any Walmart for a $1.50 fee. Simply visit a Walmart MoneyCenter or customer service desk to make your payment. For store hours, please call the store of your choice or visit walmart.com External website. Opens new window.

CVS, 7-Eleven and other locations

TEP accepts cash payments at CVS, 7-Eleven and other stores for a $1.99 convenience fee through KUBRA EZ-PAY.

To use this service, click the button below and follow the instructions to obtain your payment code. Make sure to choose the “Cash” option after entering your account number and payment amount.

As of September 15, 2023, KUBRA EZ-PAY will require all customers to generate a new payment code. Any previous payment code will no longer work.

Once you have your payment code:

  • Choose a store from the on-screen list of participating payment locations.
  • Go to the store, hand your payment code to the store clerk and tell him or her the amount you wish to pay.
  • Present cash to the store clerk. Take the receipt as proof of payment. A confirmation of payment also will be sent to your phone.
