If electrical service at your business is interrupted because of storm conditions, go to tep.com from your computer, smartphone or tablet for the latest updates on power outages. The map is available around the clock and is updated every 5 minutes.
Knowing when power will be restored may help you manage your appliances, protect perishables, staff accordingly and determine when you can reopen your business.
The Outage Map provides the location and cause of the outage, the number of customers affected, and the estimated time that power will be restored. The map displays some outages that are under investigation and all outages that have been confirmed by field crews.
Customers are encouraged to call TEP Customer Care at 520-623-7711 to report outages using the automated reporting system. Information provided by customers helps TEP identify the extent of an outage and restore power as quickly as possible.
