Register for these free programs and services through My Account on tep.com or with the TEP mobile app:
Go green by receiving your monthly bill through email. TEP e-bill allows you to view and pay your bill online. A summary will be sent to your email, then you can click to view a paperless bill that looks just like a paper bill.
Annually, our customers save more than 1 million pages with paperless statements.
With Auto Pay, you won’t worry about missing a payment when you have your monthly bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.
We’ll notify you in advance of the amount and the date of your payment. With the mobile app, you will receive a phone alert.
Avoid high summer bills by signing up for Budget Billing.
Program participants pay the same amount each month, making it easier to manage monthly budgets. With Budget Billing, your estimated annual charges are divided into equal, monthly payments. Because your bill can vary dramatically by season, the program helps you plan ahead.
Customers must have a 12-month billing history with TEP to qualify for the program.
Track your monthly, daily and hourly electric usage using the mobile app or on the My Energy Usage page in My Account. With this information, you can learn about your usage habits and make informed choices about how to save energy.
Usage information also can help you to choose the right pricing plan. TEP offers four choices for small commercial customers that charge different rates at different times, depending on the plan.
