Employee Grateful for Tuition Reimbursement

Marissa R., Enterprise Content Management Records Analyst, said the company’s Education Assistance Program, helped her focus on school, not her bank account.

Two years ago, Marissa decided to go back to school, thanks to the financial support the company provides for continuing education. “The company really goes above and beyond for employees,” said Marissa, who graduated from the U of A with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership.

“Being a full-time student and employee was stressful enough, but this program eliminated the added stress of financial loans, which was ultimately keeping me from pursuing my dreams,” she said. “I’m just incredibly grateful for the support that allowed me to reach this milestone in my life.”
