Community Action Team—CAT

TEP's corporate volunteer program, the Community Action Team (CAT), is one of the nation's most organized and dedicated volunteer efforts. TEP employees, along with their friends and family, annually volunteer an average of more than 27,500 hours of their own time to more than 350 Arizona nonprofit organizations.

The CAT Committees of Tucson and the Springerville Generating Station include employees from across company ranks who serve as advisors to the volunteer program. The standing subcommittees—Recognition and Membership—provide administrative direction to the full committee.

Nonprofit organizations in Pima County and the White Mountain area are welcome to submit requests for TEP volunteer assistance. Please review the CAT volunteer project selection criteria before submitting a request.
